WHERE TO STAY
Aston Kaanapali Shores in Lahaina, HI: We loved this resort because it was located on the ocean, had a beautiful pool, our room was spacious, and overall was affordable and had great value!
WHERE TO EAT/DRINK
● Cheeseburger in Paradise for waterfront dinner/drinks and occasional live music
● Sea House Restaurant for waterfront lunch and drinks (and happy hour!)
● Duke’s Beach House for brunch
● Plantation House for brunch (restaurant located on a golf course)
● Flatbread Company for pizza and beer
● Merriman’s Restaurant for waterfront dinner and drinks and another place to watch the sunset
● Java Jazz for coffee and breakfast
● Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki for craft beer (loved the beer flight!)
WHAT TO DO
● Kapalua Bay and Napili Beach for relaxing at the beach and snorkeling – lots of sea turtles!
● Drums of the Pacific Luau show (located at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort
● Hyatt Regency Maui Resort to see the swans, flamingos and penguins (and/or stay overnight)
● Walk along the Kaanapali Historical Trail for scenic views and historical landmarks
● Lahaina Harbor for sunset
● Visit Tavares Bay and Paia to see several sea turtles sun bathe and swim
